Our corporate catering team served 30 guests canape style at the esteemed private members club Vaal & Vaal on February 2020, for their business event Vaal Aspire: The Recipe to Success.
The brief was to have a small range of light bites which complemented The Club’s signature cocktail menu. With presentation paramount, Jolly Catering set-up a live cooking station on-site where one of our award-winning chef’s garnished and plated each canape to exact perfection.
In order to ensure everything went to plan & accordingly, a member of Jolly’s front-house events team was also in attendance and acted as the chief liaison between Vaal & Vaal and our back-kitchen.
