We have shared some of our most frequently asked questions to help with any of your queries.

We accept orders from reception walk-in’s, over the phone, email and via Facebook.

Grab & Go is open for collections between 8am – 8pm everyday.

We have no minimum order whatsoever!

Cash and all major credit/debit cards.

We accept walk-in orders, but to avoid any waiting we suggest placing your order in advance.

Most walk-in orders can be done within 10 minutes, however it depends on order size and how busy we are. To save any waiting time we strongly advise to call or place your order ahead of arriving to collect.

Most Grab & Go orders are for collection only. We do offer a delivery service on occasion – but this is dependent on the size of the order, location, and our availability. If you give us a call, we can advise accordingly.

There is no limit, however anything above 15 guests we advise you to speak with us to get some guidance and recommendations on quantities. Just give us a call and we will be more than happy to help.

Yes, of course! Anything off menu may require an extra day or two as a lead time but more often than not we are able to accommodate.

Yes, this is available for our entire menu and we also have a chilled/frozen option available too (see below).

Yes! A lot of our menu can be arranged to be chilled for consuming later and we also supply certain items e.g. samosas & spring rolls, uncooked if requested.

An increasingly asked question, and the answer is yes absolutely. If you have any particular requirements that do not fit in with our menu choices, let us know and we will endeavour our best to work around your needs.
