The University of Birmingham – one of the few redbrick institutions in the country – called upon Jolly Catering to devise a bespoke lunchtime canape menu to help bring to life their Spirit of Diwali concert.
Taking place in the famed Elgar Concert Hall, Jolly Catering was briefed with delivering a range of sumptuous and ‘illuminating’ Diwali-inspired snacks & canapes that complimented the exclusively curated arts & dance performances arranged by UoB’s India Institute.
